Our own, always. Rock 'n Roll Moving runs four trucks out of San Leandro with eight uniformed movers on W-2 payroll — licensed and insured, with California household-goods registration and interstate authority on file. Nobody else ever touches your job.
Two movers and a truck run $165/hr ($225 for three), with a two-hour minimum Monday through Thursday and three hours Friday to Sunday. Most studios land at $495–$640 and two-bedrooms at $940–$1,350, quoted as a written band before the date. The $100 deposit comes off the final bill.
It is. We count stairs, long carries, and heavy pieces when we quote, so the number you sign is the number you pay.
A week of notice covers most dates, and same-week slots open up all the time. Call the office and we’ll tell you straight what the board looks like.

Every load carries released-value coverage at $0.60 per pound, and you can add full-value protection for 1–3% of the declared value. You have nine months to file a claim.
