Vince Rinaldi spent eight years loading tour trucks out of Oakland: amps, drum kits, and lighting rigs in and out of box trucks five nights a week. In 2015 he came off the road and started moving households with the same load discipline. That is still the whole idea behind Rock 'n Roll Moving: a house gets packed like tour gear, and the price is written before the first box.
The Road So Far
- 2015: Vince leaves the road, buys the first truck, starts moving East Bay homes.
- 2016: Gary Osment joins and becomes our piano and safe specialist.
- 2018: Rosa Peña takes over the office; packing crews become a standing service.
- 2019: Darnell Brooks starts dispatch; written flat bands become standard on every quote.
- 2020: Robbie Castillo joins; the third truck goes on the road.
- 2022: Truck four, and the crew grows to eight movers, all W-2 payroll.
- 2025: Move number 2,600, a three-bedroom in Castro Valley with a hot tub.

We are licensed and insured, with California household-goods registration and interstate authority on file, plus cargo coverage up to $1,000,000 per shipment. Certificates go to your building or HOA on request, before the date.
