"This was my second time hiring the crew within a 3 year period. They have gotten pricier over time but still economical compared to the other outrageously priced companies. Sean and crew showed up promptly. My move took 7 hours and 2 trips instead of the anticipated one trip 4 hours. They completed the job without any complaints and a skip in their steps. However if you need to move regular furniture within the city they will do an amazing job. I highly recommend."
Most long-distance horror stories start the same way: a van line sells your job to a network and your boxes change trucks two or three times. We run the opposite model. Your load is the only freight on the truck, and the crew you met at pickup is the crew at delivery.
Common Routes From Oakland
| Destination | Typical delivery window |

| Sacramento / Reno | next day |
| Portland | 2 days |
| Seattle | 2–3 days |
| Phoenix / Las Vegas | 2–3 days |
What Dedicated Truck Means Here
- Your furniture is loaded once and unloaded once. Nothing sits in a warehouse.
- The same W-2 movers work both ends of the job.
- Pickup and delivery windows in writing before the date.
- A full inventory at load, checked piece by piece at unload.
Priced as One Written Number
Long-distance is quoted flat from your inventory and the mileage, not from a scale ticket after the fact. The office builds the quote with you line by line, and the $100 deposit comes off the bill. If you want the boxes done for you, add the packing crew the day before loading.
Honest limit: we run the Western states ourselves. For the East Coast we’ll tell you straight whether driving it makes sense for your dates, or whether you’re better served otherwise.
